The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission (CBFA) warns the public against the activities of Talbot Reese (www.talbotreese.com), which is contacting Belgian investors with a view to offering investment services.

Talbot Reese claims to be a firm with its corporate office in Japan at the following address: Shinjuku Monolith, 16th Floor, 2-3-1 Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku, Tokyo 163-0916. It does not have the authorization in Belgium required to offer investment services in or from within Belgium.

The CBFA thus advises the public against responding to any offers of investment services made in the name of Talbot Reese and against transferring money to any account number Talbot Reese might mention.
