ANNOUNCEMENT BY THE BANKING, FINANCE AND INSURANCE COMMISSION, PUBLISHED IN APPLICATION OF ARTICLE 34, § 2, PARAGRAPH 3, OF THE LAW OF 2 AUGUST 2002
The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission hereby announces, in application of Article 34, § 2, paragraph 3, of the Law of 2 August 2002, the decision to suspend trading in the following financial instrument on a Belgian regulated market at the request of Suez:
Trading in Distrigas, ISIN code BE0003802197 on Euronext Brussels is suspended from 11:30 on 26/05/08 until the end of the 'due diligence' period foreseen on 29/05/08.
