Summit Capital Management
|
The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission (CBFA) warns the public against the activities of Summit Capital Management, which claims to offer investment services from premises at Brussels Park Atrium, Koloniënstraat/rue des Colonies 11, 1000 Brussels.
Summit Capital Management does not have the authorization required to offer investment services in or from within Belgium. The above-mentioned address, moreover, is fictitious.
The CBFA thus advises the public against responding to any offers of investment services made in the name of Summit Capital Management and against transferring money to any account number they might mention.
Anyone wishing more generally to enquire as to the regularity of any transaction proposed can find further information on the "Consumer Protection" page of the CBFA web site (www.cbfa.be) or by contacting the “Protection of Consumers of Financial Services” Department (telephone: +32 2 220 59 10; email address: peri@cbfa.be). |
