The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission (CBFA) warns the public against the activities of VC Private Management Ltd  (www.vcpm.com and http://ventacapitalgroup.com), which is contacting Belgian investors with a view to offering investment services.

VC Private Management Ltd claims to be a company with its corporate office in the British Virgin Islands at Omar Hodge Building, Wickhams Cay 1, Road Town, Tortola, and with a European contact centre in Switzerland.  It does not have the authorization in Belgium required to offer investment services in or from within Belgium.

The CBFA thus advises the Belgian public against responding to any offer of investment services made in the name of VC Private Management Ltd and against transferring money to any account number they might mention.
