ANNOUNCEMENT BY THE BANKING, FINANCE AND INSURANCE COMMISSION, PUBLISHED IN APPLICATION OF ARTICLE 34, § 2, PARAGRAPH 3, OF THE LAW OF 2 AUGUST 2002

The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission hereby announces, in application of Article 34, § 2, paragraph 3, of the Law of 2 August 2002, the decision to suspend trading in the following financial instrument on a Belgian regulated market :

Trading in CATALA, ISIN code BE0003434397 of the financial instrument on Euronext Brussels is suspended on 05/03/2009 from 1:45pm on CATALA until the publication of a press release.

Trading will be resumed on 6/03/2009, unless otherwise notified.
