The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission (CBFA) warns the public against offers of investment services made by Stanley Brightmore (www.stanleybrightmore.com), whether directly or via CD Equities. Stanley Brightmore claims to have its registered office at Zuidstraat/rue du Midi 137, 1000 Brussels (Belgium).

Stanley Brightmore and CD Equities do not have the authorization in Belgium necessary to offer investment services in or from Belgium. Moreover, Stanley Brightmore is not situated at the aforementioned address. The CBFA advises the public against responding to any offers of investment services made in the name of Stanley Brightmore or of CD Equities and against transferring money to any account number they might mention.
