The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission hereby announces, in application of Article 34, § 2, paragraph 3, of the Law of 2 August 2002, the decision to suspend trading in the following financial instrument on a Belgian regulated market :

Trading in EXMAR, ISIN code BE0003808251 on Euronext Brussels is suspended from 7/12/2009 at 9:00 until the publication of a press release.
