The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission (CBFA) warns the public against the activities of Pell Futures (www.pell-futures.com), which is contacting Belgian investors with a view to offering investment services.

Pell Futures claims to be a company with registered office in Hong Kong at Central Plaza Building, Harbour Road 18, Wan Chai. It does not have the authorization in Belgium necessary to offer investment services in or from Belgium.

The CBFA thus advises the public against responding to any offers of investment services made in the name of Pell Futures and against transferring money to any account number they might mention.
